Russia’s Red Cross will accompany a second relief aid convoy to eastern Ukraine if the government decides to send the cargo.
The agreement was reached at a meeting between the organization’s chair.
It was decided that if the Russian government sends the second relief aid convoy, Russian Red Cross (RCC) and International Red Cross officials together will accompany the cargo on Russian territory. All joint activities in Russia will be held together with ICRC and RCC.
Good news! People on the east of Ukraine will get another hope for salvation. So we can expect soon yet another panic in mass-media about flagrant invasion of Russian Federation.
